Bachelorette Parties and Large Groups

Nashville is famous for its party busses, but SongBird is not one of them. We are first and foremost a live music experience celebrating Nashville’s creators. We have a responsibility to the other guests to deliver a show they can enjoy without the distraction of a large (and often rowdy) group. Please contact us if you are interested in booking a large group.

Hostess Group

Your Host

One of our friendly and knowledgeable SongBird Hosts will lead your tour, serving as your concierge, your guide, your music history expert and your source for insider Music City stories while you’re with us. This group of working songwriters, entertainers and actors is uniquely qualified to take you behind the songs and into the vibrant creative culture that makes Nashville unlike any other city in the world.

Rules & FAQ’S

Tour Bus Rules

1. We have a great time, but SongBird is not a party bus.
Please remember that a SongBird Tour is first and foremost a live music show. We ask every guest to be respectful of others’ ability to see, hear and enjoy the performance.  If your choices impact others’ experience (including distracting phone use), we’ll let you know. If we have to remind you again, we’ll charge a $20 fee. At the third warning, we’ll stop and ask you to leave the bus, and call you a ride back to the departure lot via Lyft, Uber or taxi

2. Please keep cell phones and other devices on silent or vibrate.
We’d appreciate it if you do not answer your phone at any point during the tour.

3. We always card for BYO alcohol.
Alcoholic beverages are allowed on a “bring your own” basis only; guests bringing spirits to the tour must be age 21 or over. Your host will hold your beverage while you board the bus and return it to you as we depart.

4. Please don't bring food on the tour.

5. For the safety and comfort of others, no smoking or vaping on the tour.

Are you auditioning performers?
If you are a  songwriter please reach out to us with your interest and let us know where you will be performing in the future.  We will make every effort to hear you there.

Can a tour be canceled?
We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled tour. In the rare event that happens, you will be contacted via phone or email to receive a full refund or reschedule. We cannot avoid illness or other emergencies for our staff. We would never want to run the tour without our full staff to give you the best show. If the streets are not safe, we will contact you at least 2 hours before your tour if we must cancel. There must be at least 15 tickets sold per tour, due to the cost to run the tour. If we fail to get at least 15 people, the tour will be canceled.
